• Q What is your lead time?

  For exoskeletal rehabilitation robots, normally it takes around 20 business days to manufacture them.  For walking aid system, it takes approx. 7 days to produce it.

• Q What is your warranty policy?

  Our standard warranty is ONE year, but it is negotiable if you want to extend the warranty time.

• Q What is your MOQ and payment term?

  We can accept order quantity that starts from one set and our standard payment term is 100% T/T before shipment.
